Hoverboard problems?

Hi so I got this hoverboard from the name HoverTech and I m having some problems getting it started. So when I first got it I turned it on and tried riding it but it just started beeping. So I plug it into the charger and the led is red. I wait for it too turn green and unplug it (took about an hour). Then I turn it on and try to ride it but it just starts beeping and neither of the motors turn on, plus the battery symbol is a full green batter (not blinking). Any help?

These Chinese hoverboards are not great quality products and frequently fail. In fact, if you've watched the news lately, many of them catch fire and even have burned down a couple of homes. You should send it back to wherever it was purchased for a refund or exchange.
