How to attach the blue yeti to a normal mic stand?

hey was just wondering whether anyone could show me how to attach the blue yeti mic to a normal boom mic stand/mic stand, the reason being is that im having concerns whether the mic stand im buying is going to attach to the blue yeti when it arrives thanks

i am not sure why you would be buying a mic stand as it comes with its very own desk stand. but yes the desk stand is removable and the bottom of the mic case has a standard thread stand adapter. don't use this with a "boom" style stand, use with a simple vertical stand only. There is a side entry element in the mic so you don't "point it" like the usual dynamic mic.
