Which scanners pick up Motorola Type II SmartZone?

I want to monitor High Point, NC PD which uses the system type Motorola Type II SmartZone.
The system voice used is Analog and APCO-25 Common Air Interface; I am kind of new to scanning so I do not know what the system voice means.
Can you suggest a kind of cheap scanner that will pick up this police department.
Can you also tell me a website that sells used scanner.
