i just put a win tv pvr 150 into my computer with it i cna attach cable, satellite or an antena in and i want to know witht hat is ther a way so i can get use my pc as a fta reciver cause fta receivers use the special codes for the do decrepit the single and i would love to be able too do that without having to buy a fta receiver and attach it to my computer

No, the win tv pvr 150 just accepts analog TV signals or analog composite signals, not digital FTA signals. Plus, the FTA signals are at a different frequency than the pvr 150. You could record to the pvr 150 by using the FTA's composite out connector.

First, FTA receivers do not decrypt the signal , they only receive transmissions made with no encryption.

If you are endeavoring to receive encrypted channels, you need the box fro the provider of that service, so they and authorize is to receive channels you have subscribed to. You can connect that receiver to your PVR150 card.



If you are thinking of some scheme to get around subscribing to encrypted programming, that is theft of services, and not a valid discussion here.



You can get DVB-S tuner cards, which can tune DVB-S signals for your computer to process, but you cannot get such tuners to tune encrypted channels, legally.
