Whats the best tv mount to get to put a tv on a computer desk?

Basically I have a very large desk and I want to use a wall mount device to have the tv held up by it. I am going to buy a nice 43" plasma tv and I would like to not drill my way however my computer desk is very wide; 60-65" wide and very deep; I would like to find a way that I can screw in a mount however the easiest option seems to be getting a tv mount but finding the right one is very tricky; I dont want it to bulge out too much. The desk I have is flat and has no openings except for where you can put your feet; my intuition is to get a mount that is position in the back of the desk and that it would have to be drilled on the desk surface; worse case ill settle for one that HAS to be mounted to a computer desk on the top. can anyone give me some advice or feedback?

Why not just use the pedestal mount that comes with the TV?



Take the TV out of the box - install the pedestal mount - set it on the desk - nothing could be easier.

43" plasma tv is very large and wide and very dangerous to mount it on top of the desk. The best is to mount it on the wall in front of the desk to safely secure it. You can choose from this link the type of TV wall mount that suits you best.
