In this time of crisis, DONATE them. It maybe useful to others so that they can save. Just drop them to accredited donation centers like goodwill. For those electronics not working call local disposal, they can recycle it or have it repaired at small cost so it can be usefull to those low income families. But you have the choice to sell them, yes used electronics are attractions in local craigslist

In my city we have an outfit that's called Nextstep Recycling. They specialize in electronics recycling and disposal. They would take most small things free, but larger things would have a small charge for recycling. However, state law changed that and now they take everything free. See if there's a Nextstep or similar outfit in your area.

For a while, the US Postal Service was accepting old electronics for recycling. There was a test program in several metropolitan areas in 2008. I'm not sure if the program is still active, but you can check. Another thing to check is if your city or county has an electronics recycling program. Where I live, the county has two electronics recycling days each month. Basically drive up, they take the stuff out of your car, and you drive off.

A final solution for you to try is eBay. See what people have been bidding on electronic items like yours. If there is enough demand, it might be worth your time to try to sell them.

About the cell phones, they are very much wanted if they are still functional. There are many programs across the US where old cell phones are given to elderly people and abused women. This is because any cell phone can dial 911, regardless if it has service with a carrier or not. Your local police department could point you in the right direction for donating those cell phones.
