Correct me if I'm wrong but I think most apps are only available with Apple products. But why?
I seem to notice that most app producers prioritize to make their apps for Apple users first then others.
Can someone explain to me why, they do that, preferably from an app producer's point of view

Simple. The App Store is the most known & used app market available. So if you want your app to be noticed, bought/downloaded/used you place it in the most popular one.

Because Apple started the market, so the first apps were made for the App Store. Those launched the app market, and because Apple got their foot in the door first, most early apps were made for iProducts, and it snowballed from there.

Because a lot of people have idevices and a lot if them have money so they will make the most money from the AppStore and if it goes big so will the devs
