Question:
Any Portable USB Chargers Powered by AA or AAA batteries?

I know there are portable chargers (which have built in rechargeable batteries) that you would plug into a wall outlet/socket or computer so that it would charge the portable charger. Then you would simply connect your electronics to the charger. However, the portable charger will of course eventually go out, and I would then have to find another outlet/socket or computer to recharge it again if I am not at home.

However, I am looking for one where I could simply open one end of the charger and insert some AA or AAA batteries into it. This way, I would then be able to simply connect the portable USB charger to my phone or other electronics to power them on or recharge them.

Does anyone know which portable USB chargers are like this? Thanks

while at first that might sound like a great idea, you are forgetting how much AA batteries cost. it would take 4 to make up the needed voltage and you would exhaust them each time they charged up a device. so you would be replacing them continually.

There are plenty of them available. Google "battery operated usb charger" and shop for one that fits your needs.

This type of chargers are now being available in the market having three "AA" or "AAA" (both available) dry cells inside. After the cells are exhausted, can be replaced.

Thanks
