every store has its own return policy. and it's different by the type of product (electronics, DVD's, furniture etc)

BB will take open-box electronics back in 14 days with you paying a restocking fee (I think 15%). Because they will further put that gadget on the shelf again (as on open-box item), usually for 15% less of the original price, that you are actually paying for, so BB doesn't take the loss.

It could be 30-days. I don't know. but when in doubt go before 14 days just in case that's their reurn policy.

And actually you might find a summary of the return policy printed on the back of the receipt, or go on their website.

merely right purchase i think in basic terms has a 7 day replace coverage. you besides mght pick the unique container that it got here with and your sales receipt. Sony is overpriced and there high quality and reliability have dropped via the years. Panasonic is the main reliable blu ray disc participant in the industry. I very own a popular technology Panasonic blu ray disc participant form BD-10 that's over 4 years old and on no account had any problems enjoying over 3 hundred blu ray disc video clips. desire this would help you out.

I'm pretty sure that they have a 30 day return policy. And i don't see why they wouldn't take it back as long as you still have the receipt. Blue-ray is cool, but if you have a HD receiver, its just as good. The whole HD-DVD thing was a joke too. They don't even make them anymore.
