I like to compare MAC vs PC to cars.

Comparing an iMac to a windows computer is like camparing and AUDI A4 to a FORD FOCUS. The audi is more expensive, but you are getting a premium car! The Ford is cheaper, but you get what you pay for, CHEAP!

Im not an apple fanboy nor am i a windows fanboy. I just perfer macs because of they are simpler and get the jobs done without hastle. And yes, i do use both every day. mac at home, windows at school.

Why do people compare 2 products that arent even in the same category!?!?

Not everyone hates Apple products. I love them. Some people dislike how Apple is overpriced and how their marketing is designed to trick consumers into purchasing new devices.

The iPad mini has an A5 chip, but the iPad mini with retina display has a A6 which is too times faster then the A5 chip. The bigger iPad 4th gen has a A6X chip but the new iPad Air has a A7 chip which is two times faster then the A6X chip. The iPhone 5 has a A6 chip, but the new iPhone 5S has a new A7 chip which is two times faster then the iPhone 5 A6 chip.

Every new "A" chip is two times faster then it's predecessor.

Every iOS upgrade has over 200 new features then it's predecessor (iOS 5 comes with over 200 new features - 2011, iOS 6 comes with 200 new features - 2012, iOS 7 has a new flat look and comes with over 200 new features - 2013)

Is the Audi the Mac or the PC?

The iPhone is more expensive, so I'd assume Apple is the Audi, but I don’t see luxury car owners whining about how people hate their cars. However, I have seen several Apple owners whining about the Apple haters.

It's because for years Apple product owners acted like their stuff was so superior, and now that Apple is slipping as a company, nobody ever says

"I was petty and wrong to make fun of you for having a PC or an Android phone. I guess you made a fine choice, and it was mean of me to dis you for it."

Because mac people are pushy, to put it simply. PCs, both in use, performance and stats are better in virtually every way than a mac. Mac people, however just keep on saying it's just 'better'. To understand the situation better, you must research tech avidly and extensively. What you pay for in macs is an 'image'. Macs are technologically inferior, but both are made for different people. While one is made for tech-savvy or gamers or business people, the other might be made for someone who just wants to browse the web without any hassle or over-complication. Once you get acquainted with tech however, PCs do become a better choice.

In summary, two different machines, built for 2 different people. It's not even about 'premium' at this point at time, as many PCs offer just as much elegance.

I would say windows is more like Ford. Some are Ford (good), some are Mercury (better) and others are Lincolns (best). Macs are similar to the Mercurys and Lincolns. Apple doesn't make low end entry level computers. I don't know why people hate on them so much. Who cares what people spend their money on. I am sick of people crying about how much they cost. They are often the people who wouldn't buy one if they were cheap.

Mac is Number One because of its high quality and exceptional customer service. As we all know, number one will always have its haters and detractors, especially if those same people can't afford or refuse to to pay for the best technology available.

As for QKK, The vast majority of Macs are used by individuals, not businesses, as are those tens of millions of iphones and ipads out there. The general public has a love affair with Apple products for their quality.

because for example with iphone, people become 'snobby' and once having an iphone will only buy iphones because of apple and it's blind moneymaking, however you could argue that people buy iphones because they're the best phones. I have one and i have one purely because i get on with it well

Apple products are overly expensive, are only useful for business, and Apple in general is just in it for the money
