My Dish network receiver box and remotes aren't working!?

Question

Last night my tv was working fine and I woke up and the black dish screen was up, like it is every night, and it tells me my receiver is off and to just press select to continue watching tv. I did and nothing was working and i know my remote doesn't need batteries because the lights where lighting up just perfectly. I went down stairs to the receiver box and tried remote 1 and remote 2 and the box would not even turn on. I don't know whats wrong, please some one help.

The receiver may simply be locked up. Try unplugging the receiver for 15 seconds to reset it. If it is still not working, try using the buttons on the front of the receiver to power it on. If the front panel works, you can attempt to reprogram the remotes using the steps in the link below.
