I am looking for a Schottky Barrier Diode part number YG802C09 manufactured by Fuji, or the power supply module from a Harmon Kardon model DVD5 or Marantz model VC5000 DVD player. Does anyone know where I can buy parts like that? I checked all the major electronics suppliers I could think of (Digikey, Jameco, Mouser), and a web search turned up little information as well. It's kind of an oddball part I guess. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

The data sheet on the web does not allow much info to be read. From what I saw, it appears to be a 10 amp (5 amps per leg) 90 volt schottky diode in a package that looks similar to a TO-220 package. The closest part I could find was an ON Semiconductor P/N MBR10H100CT which you might be able to find in the Digi-Key catalog.

Good luck!

This is a distributor for Fuji

It couldnt hurt to ask for a sample , tell them it is for an evaluation for a new project, and tell them you would like a quote for 2500

pieces. Vendors always will get samples to you, either free, or at a reduced price for limited quantities.

Good luck

You will get it at Fuji Electric Co. for details, http://www.chipdocs.com/datasheets/datasheet-pdf/Fuji-Electric-Co/YG802C09.html

You may also choose from a range of semiconductor manufacturers below;
