I want to get the free TV package for Virgin Media and get Sky TV so I can actually watch TV... is this ok? I've already got a Sky satellite from a few years back... so all they would have to do is come with a Sky+ box right?

Yes according to the Virgin media web site where it states choose as many of the services as you like.

But it used to be you couldn't have the phone without the tv service, so better check by dialling 150 from your virgin phone during the opening hours.

If you had the base TV with Virgin, it would give you two accesses to digital TV useful for watching one, while recording another, but you might not need that with Sky+.

I had Sky TV, Telewest, Phone, Tv Digital & Internet broadband all at once.

But my sky broke so now I am stuck with babby Virgin coz my mum wont subscribe back to sky.

I used to work for NTL (now virgin media) if you speak to them the answer will be no, however when I left their company I kept the phone and broadband and returned to sky for tv
