DISH Network: Pay Per View Question?

Okay so I just got Dish network and i ordered bridesmaids but the movie started in the middle, I can't rewind to the beginning of the movie. When the movie is over will it start at the beginning??? Sorry if this is confusing. Does anyone know what I can do to watch it from the beginning of the movie

Hi I am sorry that you had questions about the Pay-Per-View. With the PPV, you do get the movie for one day viewing. You tune to a specific channels and the movie plays over again on a loop. If you check the guide it will tell you the start times. These PPV options normally go off around 3:00am. Please check the channel as this does vary by movie & event.



There is another option available called VOD (Video on Demand). With this option you have to have a DVR to access them and when you purchase the event or movie, it will download to your DVR and you can then at your convenience, pull it up from your DVR and watch it when you are ready. These recordings will stay on your hard drive for 24 hours from when you begin the play back. it can be watch as many times as desired within the 24 hours but then will be erased.

If I order a PPV event (movie or sport) with my receiver that has an online connection can I watch the movie on all of my receivers even if they don't have an online connection?
