Ok, you can try Uninstalling your printer driver. Restarting your compuer, and re-installing. If that doesn't work, try clicking on start, control panel, printers and faxex, double click on your printer, click on printer, properties, and print test page. Does that work? If not, click on printer, properties, printing preferences, Services, open the HP toolbox, clean the print cartridges. If still no, click on calibrate the device, print page, continue, and follow the on-screen instructions. Hope this helps. Good Luck

1. Install the correct print driver.

2. make sure the correct print driver is selected. You maybe printing to the right printer with the wrong print driver.

Please persist with precisely and so as. a million. turn off the printer and wait 10 seconds. turn it on returned 2. enable the printer print the try website. 3. After the try website is outlined, disconnect the USB cable connecting the printer to your workstation. do no longer turn off the printer on a similar time as disconnecting the USB cable. 4. place the try website on the scanner glass and press the test button on the printer. The ON gentle will flash because of the fact the website is being scanned. 5. eliminate the try website while the ON gentle is secure. 6. finally, turn off the printer and wait yet another 10 seconds. Then turn it on returned. not extra printing try pages! Yay! (you would be able to now reconnect the printer to your workstation via the USB cable.)

Try removing the driver from your pc and then reloading from cd seems to be a software error

Did the phone the toll free number. Or the none toll free number. That would be your best bet because they probably know exactly what is wrong.

uninstall and reinstall the driver, but use something other than PCL if you can.
