No you cannot. XM radio uses a different type of satellite technology to deliver music to your in-car receiver. Sirius radio uses 3 satellite in the sky (XM uses 2) but the big difference here is Sirius uses on-the-ground relay towers, to transmit digital radio broadcast to ensure your getting the best signal.
My recommendation is if you want Sirius, go to your local Best Buy or Circuit City and have them remove your XM receiver, and purchase a Sirius receiver.
