ok. so i bought a pair of bourkes told i would not be able to put them on my helmet. im fine with that. but i have a 4" face shield and its a pain. i would like to have a flashlight on my helmet but if i put it on with the faceshield it creates a problem. If u have a faceshield and a helmet light, explain what you have or what you reccomend

There are several helmet light on the market made by Streamlight, Pelikin and 5.11 that attach to the side brim and can fold up or down to clear the face shield. I simply use an inner tube and a $1.97 Garrity Light and this has worked fine for me for years. Since I use my face shield, the Garrity works great.

Any light source has to be positioned so it doesn't shine through the face shield. It can be above it, beside it, under it, but it can't shine on the inside of the shield or your just get glare from the reflection. I see lights inside helmets so often in movies and on TV that I have to laugh. It simply doesn't work.

You are certainly simply fortunate! I must blank my windscreen a lot more most commonly then my faceshielf- as in each and every one hundred or so miles, which can also be a few instances an afternoon, however I mostly most effective must blank my face preserve a couple of times per week. As for the headlight- now not as a lot subject, however I've gotten a few gnarly insects off of mine. My husband splatted a chicken on his!
