How to listen to UVB 76?

Okay, so there is this website that allows you to use a shortwave radio. I wanted to listen to UVB-76, so I set the frequency to 4625.00 kHz, clicked USB, and turned the volume full up. I heard nothing. Did I do something wrong, or can you only hear it at a certain time or location. The website is below:

If you heard only static noise, maybe the station was not broadcasting (buzzing) at the moment. If you heard absolutely nothing, something like mute sound, maybe you've hit the 'mute' button above the volume bar accidentally... or java was inactivated on your web browser... the website is working normally with me, and UVB is buzzing as always.
