Well, at first dvd is much more better than vcd, because the better quality and better size, convert any photos to DVD, there isn't good free one, i tried many feeware, but someone failed, someone poor quality, and someone even has virus, so I am using an inexpensive software RZ DVD Creator, if you will, you can have a try,it can convert any photos to video DVD, and can add background music for photos, it can directly convert any photos or videos to video DVD and burn to any DVD disc(DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW,DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL, etc), the burned DVD can be played well on DVD player. Easy to use, just drag and drop all photos into the software, then add a background music and insert a dvd disc and click START. You can yahoo or google search RZ DVD Creator and download it, hope these info can help you.
