Do a system restore on your computer and it will take it back to a point before you made that amendment.

For Windows, go to your Settings > Control Panel > Action Center > Review Your Computer's Status and Resolve Issues > Trouble Shooting > Trouble Shoot Audio Playback
It should then ask you if you want to trouble shoot the speakers or the headphone jack. Select the one you deleted. The problem should then fix itself.
If it doesn't, you may need a system restore.

Try going to Device Manager in control panel, and find your audio device, then uninstall it, then restart your computer and go to device manager again and go to the menu at the top and find "Scan for Hardware Changes" then it should find your audio device and reinstall it and the windows generic driver for it, if you have a non standard audio card you might need to use a disc that came with it or get the driver from the manufacturers site.
that's if you don't want to do a system restore.
