You can't connect a 220 V dryer to 110V outlet, however you can use a voltage transformer and connect the it to 110V outlet and then connect the dryer to the voltage transformer. I have seen them offered on quick220.com

This will never work. You have to get a 220 volt outlet installed for the dryer. Even if you could use the dryer on a 110 volt outlet it would use much more power than it would when properly wired.

This can not be done..... Your dryer NEEDS 220 volts...... Your going to have to hire an electrician to install a 220 volt outlet.... There is NO way a dryer that requires 220 volts can run on 110 volts.....

If it can be done it will be in your owner's manual. Otherwise call an electrician to have a 220 outlet put in your laundry room.
