Im looking to spend between $300 - $700 per speaker. I just want to get my bang for my buck. I dont see many reviews with new active powered speakers. Looking to buy a new updated set for my gigs. I dj at weddings and 15neras so I need to cover around 50 - 200+ people. Please help - thanks

All of those brands are great and are very competitive with one another. I would add Yamaha to the list too.

Anyway...I have a pair of QSC K12's and a KSUB and this system sounds great ($2700 total cost). K12's are around $800 each.

Have you considered the Mackie Thumps? They are the best "cheap" powered speakers that I know of (around $350 each). I like the JBL EOns too. I am sorry I can't tell you exactly which one is best - any of them will do a good job.

You really should consider a powered sub too - it will really help with the bass.

I would have to say QSC k12s are among the best however they are really expensive, 850 eachish. Truesonic Alto has also released a line of speakers that are just as good... the "Black" series. But I have to say EV zlx 15p sounded just as great as the other two. The JBL eons and Mackie Thumps sounded like garbage next to these guys. The JBL 615s were okay but I hear rumors that their amps go out easily and nothing sucks worse than your amp powering off in the middle of a set. The EVs are only 499 which makes it an amazing deal!!!

I gotta go with behringer speakers. They have a hell of a thump and are crystal clear. http://musicneophyte.com/best-budget-dj-speakers/ did a article on the top 10 best budget dj speakers and they even had behringer at #3. If you can get a chance to listen to some I guarantee you will be sold. However if you need wireless the Alto bluetooth speakers are boss. Hope it helps

jericho is the closest but the only reason why he gets cheers is he still has fans carried over from his face days his promos are actually better than jbl"s the only reason why jbl didnt get any cheers is not many of the people who dont care about face/heel alignement didnt like him for his wrestling skills but jericho is a true heel its just the people who dont cheer or boo based on heel/face alignment likes jericho more so it wasnt 100% percent real heel heat jbl was getting some of that was just real dislike for the guy and btw im a jbl fan. so no jbl wasnt the only true heel wwe has had wq: mickie james she is the better wrestler of the two and deserves it more than michelle mcoverpushed
