Best value for money android phone in the indian market today?

Question

There are many android phones with a price range from sub-INR10000 to INR30000 from a host of OEMs - Samsung, HTC, LG, Acer, Dell, Motorola, Videocon, Micromax etc.

Which do you think provides the best value for money? Since prices for mobiles constantly keep dipping please factor in current prices in the Indian market (Jan-March 2011).

I would say LG...only reason it comes in with preloaded app and is very reasonable. Also you can download soooo many apps. Its extremely stylish as well. LG optimus powered by Android 2.2 and is an extremely amazing smart phone...I think you should totally vouch for this one :)
