Is it ok to use a 12V DC power input on a 9V DAB Digital Radio?

I have a DAB Digital Radio of which has had its power cable damaged, i've found another adapter this one has the same fitting as the 9V adapter but just a 12V input, will it be ok to use? The 12V adapter was used on a ipod docking station

Its is not OK! you could seriously cause some major damage to your tech. It could even blow up... dot try to use a diffrent voltage adapter.

the voltage may damage the radio,get a universal ac adapter that has variable voltages

and multiple plugs to fit most devices.

9 isn't as much as twelve, so i think of you below powered. that isn't the properly suited in good condition, so I owuld get the properly suited ability %.. Thrift shops are infamous for those. seem on the output, and the plug in, and get the properly suited one.
